C-SPAN is the one and only with everything archived since the middle 1980s. (including every day of the house and senate)

They are working on indexing it all, to search for specific words and speakers, the way they have sometimes said it.

Supposedly, all of that a service available for the members of the house and senate, but not yet for the public.

However, with a 2-3 cent per cable-box budget, C-SPAN still seem to decide it was smart to close down and mess up their servers for this election. (they started out with 1 cent/box)

<tight budget> Although C-SPAN is a modern legend and myth, they actually started out with $25,000 and three cameras but exclusive rights to the house and senate.
