<<I have previously suggested that it is prudent to be a citizen of one country, work in another, bank in a third and have a registered company in the 4th for trading activities.>>

You left out a few embellishments :0)

Citizen: Trinidad (no worldwide tax, no social security burden)
Work: China
Contract location/client: never China
Live: Hong Kong (no tax on offshore, cap gain, dividend, interest incomes)
Bank: Watch-making country
Company: Samoa
Investing: Argentina to Zimbabwe
Wife: holding other papers
Future Kid: holding mommy and daddy's papers

... works well :0)
