It is idiotic to have in place rules that could be interpreted to bar an entire company from Government contracts for the actions of a few corrupt individuals in Government or that company.

It is entirely reasonable to punish severely the crooks involved and sanction the company with fines as it makes sense. Only mentally defective people go on about "crony protection policy."

Any person who has worked with large companies who work with the Government know detailed procedures and training are in place so every employee knows the law and right and wrong.

This seem to be to complex for the Especially Troubled (E.T.)
