He also has no idea what anyone who hasn't prostrated themselves in front of his desk is thinking. All of his appearences are scripted and vetted with loyalty oaths. He's in a fantasy land of self delusion. I bet John Kerry was the first person to speak harshly of him in his presence in the last several years. No wonder he kept shrinking.
