This man W is so dumb that he and his men are still not getting the meaning of the "global test" that Kerry talked about.

It is for the President to verify the intelligence report not just "see" then that Bush said he did. It is for the President to sell to the American people that he has Seen and verified the intelligence. It is for the President to sell to the nations of the world the intelligence he has "verified" so that they commit themselves.

He went in alone. The others including Britain and "Poland" provided lip service and clapped from the sidelines. If he did not believe in the "global test" then why did he seek and solicit the help from Autralia, Britain etc. He did embark on the global test and failed. What the nations were telling him about Saddam should have been what he should have used to verify our intelligence reports.
