IMO, the hardest part about figuring exactly what happened at the Pentagon is that so much of the evidence in the public domain is contradictory. Eye witness accounts don't present a consensus. The media was kept away for several hours, which makes it hard to tell what photos were taken of what and when. Etc. The one piece of real evidence you can hang your hat on is surveilance tapes, which should have caught the event on film, were quickly confiscated and have never been released to the public. If the official story were true, there would be no possible justification for keeping those films classified. The films would do nothing more, and nothing less, than confirm the official story. In the absence of the films, the only possible conclusion is they contain evidence which refutes the official story. I think it would be interesting to see what a good attorney could do in producing those film on a Freedom of Information Act request. Supposedly Federal law prohibits using a classified status to hide evidence of a crime. Since the Pentagon did release some footage of the event, and an official story has been presented as to what occured, it seems to me it would be fantastically difficult justify keeping the films classified under any reasonable legal grounds. If the films contain evidence criminals other than Arab hijackers were behind the attack, there would be a legal obligation to release the information
