Only Kerry spoke of an "exit strategy" from Iraq. Bush has no such strategy.

When Kerry faces the electorate in 2008, if he hasn't met his promise, he will have to answer to the American people.

Obviously Bush will not be disciplined by another election (he has been on his best behavior this year).

The differences going forward on Iraq are HUGE.
