I followed the virtual trail and it turns out that Mr. Mark has a sparsely visited anti-Bush blog of recent vintage entitled "Journalists Against Bush's BS (JABBS)"

We won't know what the real bounce is until later in the week. Rasmussen's Monday numbers will only include interviews conducted after the first debate.

I went back and looked at the Newsweek numbers. They polled 1,013 people, of which they were able to identify the political leanings of 987. Who the hell are those other 26 people?

I read somewhere (possibly the Wall Street Journal) that the percentage of people identifying themselves as Republican has gone up over the last four years.

Whatever, I am convinced that the only way to take an accurate poll is to engage in a national Vulcan Mind Meld.
