Because Kerry is not Jewish. His grtgrdparents were Jews. The truth is that he's NOT Irish, but pretends he is because his greatgrdfather chose the Irish name Kerry when he legally changed the family name. He knows the surname Kerry alone could gain him votes in Boston. That's why he never corrects anyone under the mistaken impression. That is dishonest on his part....not his religion.
