Don't forget Mq...The 9-11 attacks were planned for several years, it appears from the information found about the 19 who actually did the attack. Bush was not even in office when the planning began. Clinton was in office 1993- (Jan)2001. Bush was in office 8 months when 9-11 happened. Clinton had been in office 8 years. Many, too many, terrorist attacks happened on Clinton's watch. Also, remember, Bosnia didn't strike the US. We went there, supposedly we were to stay for one year. It's nine years later, and we are still there.
