I believe the UN should be in Nigeria or Somalia.

I'm serious. Jerusalem has been a sore point between Muslims and Jews for eons - most recently, it was the deal breaker in Clinton's 2000 effort to negotiate peace between Israel and the Palestineans - so don't give it to either. Make it be an international city state and the UN headquarters.

If Israel and Palestine choose to identify Jerusalem as their capital and locate the seats of government in a UN controlled Jerusalem, fine.

Will it work, who knows? I do know it would save NY a heck of a lot of money now lost because the city can't collect on parking tickets issued to diplomatic vehicles. :-)

Rotate the UN headquarters... sure, why not? That should be considered.

Jerusalem...You are serious?

I have always felt that the UN should be located in different countries for a set period of time...maybe change country every year or so.
