I was wondering when I would see someone post that verbal blunder...

<<You know, it's hard work to try to love her as best as I can,">>

Do I detect a certain feverish petulance emerging from the wingnuts following the debate? Collectively, they are coming off like peevish 13 year old boys who've just lost a hot game of Doom. Best to ignore them. What they most certainly seek now is attention.

OBGYNs practicing their love for women. Bush practicing his love for Missy.

Yep, all that loving of women who are not your wives is hard work for Bush. Unbelievably:

- Pre-debate spin included the ridiculous notion that Bush had to practice staying up late at night as he wasn't used to the hours. Late? Why does everyone around Bush treat him like a juvenile?

- Post-debate spin included the ridiculous notion that Bush was overly tired from his campaign activities in the morning. This alternative treats Bush like a senior citizen about to die from having two whole activities on the same day.

- Pre-debate spin (Debate #2) includes the ridiculous notion that Bush will LOSE BIG since Debate #1 was his best shot to shut down the Kerry campaign. Bush is already practicing today in the TownHall format with people acting like (maybe not acting) sharp and irate Kerry supporters.

Somehow I cannot see Bush's minions blasting him with hard questions and still keeping their jobs in the morning.

I suspect that Debate #2 will see Bush on better drugs, more rested and with at least 90 minutes worth of repetitive, nonsensical material. Bush is the President, he should win the next debate soundly or he's as incompetent as everyone (including Republicans) thinks he is.
