Absolutely. 1994=>2000=>2004 C-Span has been running these Bush debates and the deterioration both physically and mentally is stunning. He has aged, he has become more confused and, I honestly believe, is exhibiting the symptoms of some serious mental problems. I'm not saying he should be carted off to the looney bin but he doesn't have the mental capability required of the President...of ANY country or of ANY significant organization. That last large WH press conference was horrific. His hair was too long, he was bumbling, he barely understood the questions and couldn't form a proper answer. He was sweating what was essentially a softball, a question with no objective answer. Look how the media treats Bush. They're actually saying he has some facts right. FACTS RIGHT? The guy has been President of the USA for almost 4 blooming years. If Bush lowers expectations any more, he is going to be replaced with a sock puppet and no one will be able to tell the difference, least of all the major media.
