He must have been getting pointers from the other Taxachusetts Senator. Teddy was expelled from Choate prep school when he was caught hiring another student to take tests for him; even they have more honor than the Democrat Party. Teddy found more honesty at Yale; they expelled him the first time they caught another student taking a test for him. Maybe cheating is just a Massachusetts thing. It has been said that Kerry and Teddy are close. If you like John, remind him not to ride with Teddy.
