I really don't care about BS rules like that anymore than the current administration does. Like I said before, I saw bush looking down at his podium more often than not. So I think he was reading from notes too. I don't think I could vote for anyone that would follow those rediculous rules. Rules that they both broke. Ofcourse with your far right wing view it only matters when the other side breaks rules.
