That is a testimony to the chain of command. Soldiers are trained to follow the leader - without question. For the most part, that is a good thing.

That means Kerry gets 20%.

That is great news.

The last number I recall was troops were 29-33% for Kerry. But it has been steadily declining from the 49:49 before the Swiftees went to work.
