Obviously this editorial writer didn't lose any money in the great Nasdaq crash of 2000.

Do you realize that the Nasdaq's rocket launch & ensuing crash was so spectacular that it violated one of the oldest rules of the market, that prices go down quicker than they go up? Look at the charts from 2500 to 5000 back to 2500 again! The footprint of one of the purest manias since the South Sea Bubble.
