True.

I will argue however that some division of power between the Parties is usually a benefit. The current vile leadership of the Democrat Party would not be my choice. It is beginning to look like it is not the preference of South Dakota either. Nancy Pelosi is from California, and thus safe. It seems Democrats have to be accused of killing an intern to lose there.

'96 was a gimme nod to the Senior Senator from Kansas.

Most wars are fought as if they were the last one.

2004 is being won in the trenches by Democrats. They have been on the ground working Absentee ballots and a delivery system that is first class. Some have predicted voter fraud that will make South Dakota 2000 look like a garden party.
