WASHINGTON - Just in time for the election, President Bush (news - web sites) is going to one of the most contested states to sign his fourth tax cut in four years. Is there some reason he shouldn't do this? The fact that there have been four of them clearly indicates there is no political motivation in signing the legislation. He OUGHT to be able to promote his accomplishments, right?
