Sherman sure has seemed to ride the coattails of a decent team when he first came over. He has not done anything much of value in his years at the helm...imo

Mine is gone. Sherman is a nice guy and really understands Packer tradition. The problem is he's a second tier coach which limits his ability to take raw potential and convert it to top notch players. He also makes poor game decisions and isn't very solid in the draft.
