07/02/04 Ibacus Networks Announce $5MM Funding Agreement

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 2, 2004--Ibacus Networks Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KIWI Network Solutions, Inc. (KWNS - news) (http://www.kwnsmobile.com), announced today the completion of a $5MM funding commitment from an institutional investor.
