Doctors support Kerry in large part. The solution to insurance costs for doctors is multi-faceted and cannot be blamed solely on attorneys or victims, but also on bad doctors and gouging insurance companies. In the middle if a common sense solution. The GOP represents the insurance companies and they're trying to take away victims' rights to sue. The reason answer is with smart judges who know a weak case from a real one, and with smart juries who don't award someone a billion dollars for smoking too many cigarettes. I know one thing, if you're damaged for real by a doctor or corporation or anyone, you need the right to sue, and get whatever you deserve. Also, what do you make of Bush's lawyer Jim Baker defending the Saudis against 9-11 claims?
