Libelers on the far right would LOVE it if Kerry or McCain would sue them, thereby giving publicity to their campaigns to brand these American war heros as "traitors". Same with Drudge. When he puts out a phony story he'd love it if he got sued. That way he'd make the papers and distract the public from real issues. There may be libel lawsuits after the election but that is up to the Kerrys personally. McCain should have gone after those Bushie creeps after 2000 but chose not to.
