Explain this me. How do we borrow from china? Isnt this the same line used when we used to borrow from Japan back in an earlier time? China buys our debt and we pay them back but its not like china doesnt have an interest in buying our debt. Mike
PS We can argue about taxes and deficits forever. The one thing you never want to do, even if you dont buy the supply side argument is to overtax the investor class. Highest bracket went from 27% when bill bradley and reagan did tax reform in 1986 to 40.5% in 2002. And thats not to mention amt. Do you really want to kill the golden goose to fund social programs. There is middle ground we can find there.
