not just Rubin, its really anybody but the Bush economic team of Snow Chao and Evans - truely some of the dumbest economic minds to grace the WH in 60 years I never liked Robert Reich on the Clinton team, but at this point, seeing the capabilities of Ms. Chao (who seems somewhat retarded)- I think Reich is a genious. Laura Tyson, Mickey Cantor, you name it all of these people are GROSSLY SUPERIOR to anyone Bush has chosen on the fiscal side. Like many poor leaders, Bush seems to choose a cabinet of "yes men"
