The West side of the state is heavily Democrat....Lots of tech super rich (Gates, Allen, many Microsoft, and others) who want to keep their foundations and trusts intact....where the East side of the state is heavily Republican. Problem is, the population is heavily on the West side of the state.

Battleground will be between Patty Murray and George Nethercutt for the US Senate race... Murray calls Nethercutt's ads "lies" --these ads are using her own words about OBL and how "good" he was.... Patty Murray and Jim McDermott US House are both birds of a feather ..as in loons...
