I subsequently reinstalled it with the eight character password I needed rather than the former 7 character PW. Works fine. Really fine. The UI is very much like Outlook Express which I use as my primary personal mail client (Lotus Notes for business). I'd been using the free adware Eudora as a backup to OE, but never liked the UI, so never purchased it. The free T-Bird is just what I was looking for. I really like OE, except for those tricks Microsoft plays with updates that change settings around, and sometimes screws with attachments, etc. so I'm glad to have a backup. It did a fine job of importing my Eudora settings, and all my Eudora stored mail. BTW: I don't have any help for hcm1943 and his IE script problem, so that one is open. Best, - Eric -
