Kerry/Edwards rise in the polls guarantees another neocon contrived attack on the American populace on order to terrify them into voting for Bush and not wanting a change in the middle of a new major situation or a sudden war in Iran.

We already know Bush killed thousands of citizens in the 9/11 attacks so why wouldn't he do it again? Conversely if Bush figures he will win anyway it may spare many lives in the next few weeks.

So here's my prediction

Kerry catches up to even in the polls = a minor terror incident somewhere in the world in the next couple weeks.

Kerry surpasses Bush by 5% = a major "terrorist" attack inside the USA a week before the election causing it to be called off.

Bush maintains healthy lead = no attacks, nothing to rock the boat. 4 more years of US style fascism leading to a dictatorship similar to Adolph Hitlers 3rd Reich.
