I have to beleive Florida will be a big story in the housing bubble cratering. We will see all these financials and builders having to address it. You have major insurance issues, you have damage, you have health issues like mold. Surely when lending and insurance standards (inspections, etc) are tightened, then you have major market support removed in a formerly hot market. Plus the bloom is off the speculation, folks are tired and will just leave instead.
