Hi David: Thanks for ALL that information. You have certainly given me some things to chew on. I am unfamilar with a lot of your recommendations and will have to do a little reading. I do basically want to take the profits in ERF if I can maintain almost the same distribution with a lot less capital being tied up. I think SU has a larger upside than a lot of others as it has the oil (a lot of it) in the ground. Plus with it not being a trust I don't have to worry about the foreign ownership angle. As I understand it, it is just a matter of ramping up into a larger exraction mode so economies of scale kick in. However, I need to check out your other recommendations and as I want to collect this month's ERF distribution there is no hurry. I did not see the tax info you provided--thanks for that too. It will take me a while to get my head in that also. Onward & upward. Bill
