Personally I think they ought to cut in half union wages at car factories. In fact, let's cut all union shop employees' wages in half and use that to raise the minimum wage.

1 - What would be "a livable minimum wage"?

2 - Would it be federal or by state?

3 - If federal where in the constitution does the federal government get the authority to regulate wages for employees engaged in intrastate commerce?

4 - What about the people who don't have the skills to get a minimum wage job at the new higher wage? I guess they are just out of a job. I suppose they either go on welfare or in to the underground economy.
