Bush and Rumsfeld have committed to not exposing US Troops in combat to world courts If "a president kerry" wants to see a drop in enlistments he merely needs to join the world court.

Can you imagine Soros/Kerry wanting to resign from the UN??? But I totally agree with you....This UN/World Court is a bad situation for the US, especially since so many countries in the world seem to depend on us to do their military or humanitarian work for them. Can any of us imagine Haiti or most of the countries in Africa judging the US military.........HORRORS! This has very serious implications. I would recommend resigning from the UN and telling them to relocate within 12 months.
