Sorry, I am not talking about the slums of Washington. And, in defense of Washingtonians----Washington is no different than other cities with having slums.

One of the things that is now happening should have happened long ago is that Washington and Prince George's County are cooperating in combatting crime rather than saying that it is Prince George's problem or Washinton's problem.
