CSpan had the Rumsfeld speech and Q&A on last night and Rumsfeld was not "misunderstood"! This was a very high-powered Council of Foreign Affairs audience and the press should query the audience such as Gerstner, Pete Peterson, etc to see if they "misunderstood". It was the most direct answer he gave to an audience question while he was spinning and babbling to others. This crowd needs the boot in November...they are awful.
