What she said was true, and is fairly standard operating procedure. The Muslim Brotherhood, HAMAS, and Hezbollah all operate medical clinics, schools, and such. It's "winning hearts and minds", and generating operating funds. OBL operates (operated?) a string of businesses all over the world. The point she was making with those facts, however, was dumb. It's the usual "they hate us because we're selfish" line. Instead of bombing Afghanistan, we should put flowers in our hair and build schools in Third World cesspools till we bleed ourselves white.
