when i made my comment about,, the price taping the 200ma,, i was refering to 200ema,,,

i now have a new target,,
ur comments are apreciated,,

and even though u do not dwell on the FA stuff,,
hec is in a long term contract with a fairly stable foriegn country,,
as well as the louisana coast, so it
has to be benefiting from the ivan effect.
