Dont you know of the anomaly of employment of Y2K, or are you ignoring it? A dishwasher could get a job in the computer field if they knew how to type input. Can't use that figure here, besides it was one of the resons Clinton's unemployment looked so good. A temporary condition. Without Y2K his numbers would have been even worse.
