<your characterization> I did not characterize anything -- I provided the headline and the first three paragraphs in order and then provided the link. I provided no comment at that time. It appears you do not like the subject matter -- but it stands. We lost control of the situation by virtue of decisions made from the get-go and have not regained it since. Bremer can salute Bush et al and declare that all will be well -- it never hurts to nurse the fantasies of your keepers -- but facts are facts, and the fact is this was a mess from day one and the results in recent months paint a picture of a deteriorating situation.
