CHIR mad mentioned many vaccine facilities in Europe. If they sell vaccine for the southern hemisphere, they don't have a year (and the northern hemisphere is less than a year - there is a fair amount of time between growing virus, infecting eggs, purifying and testing vaccine - that is why no one is able to help for this season and scale up has problems, like a limited number of suitable eggs).
