eplay, IOC -- I'm surprised to hear that, I believe it is fully marginable at TD Waterhouse. The bid price and market cap is obviously high enough, maybe they wanna see more volume. I believe the interest in IOC will increase when they get the drill bit turning to the right again. Given that they just announced the commencement of a seismic survey though, it appears that such drilling announcement is still pretty far off. I had thought the seismic work had already been started months ago, this is disappointing. I wonder how long it will take to do the field work and then analyze the data.
