EVERY person I have spoken with has said this past summer has been the worst they've seen in years, some going back 10 plus. I have no idea where the numbers are coming from showing any consumer or business spending increase. On top of that, I continue to see prices moving up on nearly everything...except houses. Where they once sold before the sign went up, they are now crowning the signs with "PRICE REDUCED."
