Put the UN in the center of Africa...Then most of the folks won't have so far to travel, plus maybe some of the money will maybe find its way to some of the citizens there....

Of course, with Bush, we won't be there if we have to sign the World Court mess.

Added benefit...The US wouldn't have to provide all the security as it does now.
