I think I agree. Its one thing moving a capital to an existing smaller city, but building a new city just to make a new capital is usually not a good idea IMO.

Tim, my wife told me about that a few months ago. It's a really stupid idea.

Why do you think its a stupid idea? Nearly half the country lives in Seoul. DC and Ottawa were alternative capitals and they worked out okay.
