How is it going to change. The current members would have to vote on a change, or you would have to start a new organization.

Yeah, I think a new organization called the United Nations of Democratic Countries would be a great thing. Only democracies are allowed in, others can observe. The US could still participate in the old UN so that the governments that don't give their citizens voice in governing could have some world forum to talk, but the bulk of US funding should go in the new group.

Just an idea.
