All comments are merely hypothetical until a transparent audit is completed.

(Unfortunately, to perform a full audit, they may have to chase down Bremmer stateside --- since he reportedly took all of the relevant documents with hin and OUT OF IRAQ when he left, presumably to keep them out of the hands of the OTHER audit by the UN. :)
