It was clever how Cheney wove that little factoid in, don't you think? Probably most didn't catch it, and we'll see how many in the press did. Or if they did, if they will talk about it. LOVED the line from Cheney about all the years of being President of the Senate, this was the first time tonight that he'd met John Edwards... If it weren't so sick that Edwards and Kerry didn't seem to appear in the Senate much at all, it would be funnier. Cheney said it with a perfectly straight face....<ggg>
