From memory. When Krugman's latest book on Bush came out in England the cover had a picture of bush with a swatstika over his face. I googled but could not find the actual cover. As an american and as a Jew, i was deeply offended by that and Krugman who is also an American and a Jew should have prevented this from happening. Mike
