OK. I think what was widely report was that there were unconfirmed suspicions, by folks like Ollie North, that France was involved in the oil for food thievery, but no real proof. You sound as if you know for sure. Regarding your post... cnn.com And regarding the debate. I'm less concerned with who won that with what was said. Counting wins is something we did in junior high. Here's what struck me; Did Edwards really weasel his way out of medicare taxes? Did Cheney just say 'I didn't know about the problem with AIDS in the black community'? Did Cheney just disagree with Bush's stand on gay marriage? Did Edwards really have a poor attendance record in the senate? Does Cheney really believe (I don't mean this sarcastically), that the current coalition is comporable to the first GW? Did Kerry really vote against GWI? That's stuff I've not heard before.
