When you listen to someone like Wolfowitz speak before Congress or when you listen to someone like Bush try to speak in a debate, it's crystal clear why Iraq and Afghanistan and the US budget are such messes. These are true incompetents. They can get the job but they can't DO THE JOB. We have nearly 300 million people in this country. Out of this there are tens of thousands fully qualified to do these jobs. I'll take much less flash and much more competence.
