Absolutely. Kerry has never done a damned thing. Bush has a fairly impressive track record, if you ask his partners in the Texas Rangers.

How many winning seasons did they have under Bush? How many world series? I thought so. The Rangers only began to win in the late '90s AFTER Bush departed.
